Add support to remediate a single host with the cluster based image update

Now its only possible to remediate the whole cluster but not a single hosts over powerCLI. I can update a single host over the gui without problems, that should also be possible over powerCLI.

Include PowerShell7 in vCenter and ESXi OS

How about running #PowerShell7 on ESXi host and vCenter Server natively so that we don't need to use proxy LCM server for vSphere DSC module. With this we can actually implement DSC in its pure form and get rid of Proxy LCM.

Retrieve VIAccount User-Group-Mapping

Currently there is no way to get VIAccount user by given group. We can export groups 'Get-VIAccount -Domain "..." -Group' or Users 'Get-VIAccount -Domain "..." -User'; But I cannot get a list of users of a specified group.
