Add Run as Administrator for Invoke-VMScript

Needing to add feature to Run As Administrator for Invoke-VMScript. This will allow users to securely run PowerCLI scripts remotely against Windows VMs. This will allow for auto-elevation of privileges so that an administrator can get his job done correctly without having to disable UAC. Currently the only work around is to either use WinRM or disable UAC and reboot the VM and then run the Invoke-VMScript.
For a build process, we are having to disable UAC on the template and then re-enable it after the build process is done (after installing apps and making os changes, etc.)
