Would like to add a command line option to provide details when a user puts a host into maintenance mode.  We have this option today with shutdown.

Customer requested through TAM:  Lack of communication internally when a host is put into maintenance mode.  When there is impact to end-users, they spend a lot of cycles/resources trying to identify who performed the action and why so they can further troubleshoot/ignore based on the feedback of why maintenance mode was issued.
