It would be nice to be able to easily configure networking as it was once before. 

Get-VMGuestNetworkInterface / Set-VMGuestNetworkInterface, you are missed.

    Unfortunately, it has been increasingly difficult to support Guest operating systems in this area, due to the differing processes for setting network adapters, and the wide array of operating systems. `Invoke-VMScript` is not as easy to use, but it allows execution across all supported guest operating systems. I would love to bring it back, but it is very expensive to maintain.
