VMware PowerCLI

Currently, some features of StorageDRS Clusters require using ConfigSpec calls, which is cumbersome, while other config aspects are in the CmdLet.

For instance, I can set SpaceUtilizationThresholdPercent, but I can't set the desired Affinity rules for VMDK's without going through the whole StorageResourceManager.
