Eliminate, or provide option with Set-PowerCLIConfiguration to bypass running, VMware.PowerCLI.ps1

Afaik this relic of the old "init" script serves no other purpose besides displaying some text on the console.
And that text is quite annoying when importing the PowerCLI modules from an automation script.
