Add IPv6 support to the OSCustomizationSpec cmdlets

While the Web Client and the API methods allow manipulation of IPv6 configurations, the OSCustomizationSpec cmdlets do not seem to have that feature.

    We use customization specs to deploy a large volume of IPv6-enabled Linux VMs, and this would save my team a lot of manual network config editing.
