Could you consider setting up an online database that contains all known/reported issues in the supported VMware PowerCLI releases?
Allow users to report issues via the platform, and after verification, make them visible on the platform.
Entries reported via GSS or discovered internally should also be shown on here.
The same platform could be used to provide fixes and bypasses.
That kind of information is nowadays hard to find for the casual user (who doesn't live in Slack, VMTN or any of the other social media platforms).
This kind of information is currently only made available after the facts (as a Bug Fix entry) in the Release Notes of a new release.
