Support for the PSv7 feature Foreach -Parallel

Unfortunately the new PSv7 feature Foreach -Parallel does not work with PowerCLI.

Make it so!

    I have a very convoluted multi thread method but using the embedded powershell 7 method would be much simpler. Please add this feature.
