Would be helpful to source ova/ovf from content library. Current pain point w/ VMC instances. (Azure/AWS and otherwise)

    @Kamen, I believe the problem is that there is no way to pass ovf properties w/ the New-VM cmdlet when the source from the content library is an ova/ovf. If this has changed, then great!

    New-VM cmdlet has -ContentLibraryItem paramater that does just that
