Cmdlets to bulk export/import properties/tasks/events/metrics for VM mobility between vCenters

Cmdlets to bulk export and import different proprties/tasks/events/metrics would help expand the Move-VM cmdlet across vCenters. The idea being additional flags or different cmdlets to also migrate additional tags, attributes, task history, event history, and metrics when we migrate between vCenters. This would be handy for on-prem vCenters and the new cloud vCenters as well.
