New cmdlet to create scheduled vCenter Backup

Today it's only possible to create instantaneously Backup from vCenter.

It would be very usefull to manage the scheduled Backup inside the vCenter via PowerCLI.

Yes, it should work. You can find more details on how to use it here: https://developer.vmware.com/apis/vsphere-automation/latest/appliance/api/appliance/recovery/backup/schedules/post/. Check the PowerCLI example at the bottom (switch the 'all parameters' toggle for a full example).
