Cmdlets to manage network protocol profiles or IP pools

Currently, PowerCLI has no cmdlets to create, retrieve, modify, or delete network protocol profiles or IP pools. Network protocol profiles are necessary when you use vApps or vCloud Director. It would be nice if there were PowerCLI cmdlets to manage network protocol profiles.
