PSC and VCSA administration and patching

Being able to manage the configuration of the PSC and VCSA would allow management of joining both the Active Directory, managing the certificate infrastructure including replacing the default certificates with a either enterprise or third party certficates.

In addition, it would be great to manage VCSA patching and upgrades. Not forgetting backup and recovery of the vcenter database.

    Certificate management cmdlets have been released in PowerCLI 12.4

    Would love VCSA patch/upgrade functionality supporting updates from CD.
