Add ordering/sorting to Get-CisService

Currently there are 104 services now that are returned from Get-CisService. These are not sorted and require additional filtering and wildcarding at specific levels of the cmdlet to return what you are looking for.

    This should pertain to each get-*service cmdlet. CiSService is the worst, but Vmc-Service as well and others need this. I'd also possibly say to add parameters to bring back the long-name versus short name (without the entire com.__________ to help with viewing
