Add the ability to create VVol datastores using the New-Datastore cmdlet

To automate the bulk creation of datastores, using PowerCLI I'd like the ability to create Datastores of different types. 

e.g. NFS/VMFS & VVols

The new-datastore cmdlet does not currently allow for creating new VVol Datastores and so prolonged GUI interaction is required.
