Open Source PowerCLI

Open Source PowerCLI in the same way that PowerShell has been open sourced, i think the benefits are clear from what we have seen with PowerShell.

Would be great to see the source code in a github repo where the community can contribute.

    not in GITHUB.  Create a VMware controlled repository that is secure and does not allow third-parties to contribute.  Otherwise corruption and malware could be distributed.
