Currently the New/Set-ContentLibraryItem cmdlet only accepts local or remote path source for OVA/OVF files but does not support HTTP.

We (and multiple others) store OVA's within artifact repository and would like to update many vCenter Servers without having to download the file locally or to a datastore first. This would save a data copy process when updating many images weekly across multiple network domains.
