The ability to add/extract items from the Content Library Merged

Templates need to be updated on a regular basis.  I'm able to take my templates, convert them to VMs and update them via PowerCLI.  Being able to extract the template from the library in order to update it and then add it back again would be VERY HANDY!

    This needs to be merged with "Ability to upload files into Library items" as it appears to be the same item.
