Enhance New-VM to include ability to attach CD-Rom to SATA Controller

Currently when using NEW-VM the -CD option defaults to the IDE bus. Would be nice to be able to take advantage of SATA when attaching peripherals most especially the CDRom

Retrieve VIAccount User-Group-Mapping

Currently there is no way to get VIAccount user by given group. We can export groups 'Get-VIAccount -Domain "..." -Group' or Users 'Get-VIAccount -Domain "..." -User'; But I cannot get a list of users of a specified group.
