PowerCLI module for PKI/Cert Mgmt

Add License Key info to vCenter object
It may not be a huge addition, but it would be nice to see LicenseKey as an attribute of vCenter in a way similar to the ESXi hosts "I.E. get-vmhost | select LicenseKey". The alternative is a good bit of get-view trickery with the LicenseManager.
