Having full Desired State Configuration would be extremely helpful for configuration management and be more granular than the current state of Host Profiles. Please upvote and comment with host attributes that you want to configure.

Please add support for this and other cmdlets to pipe into Get-DatastoreCluster so I can get the info of my datastore clusters

As a PowerCLI user I want to import Appliances (OVA, OVF) that utilize a SHA256 checksum So that I don't have to manually verify, and re-hash as SHA128, or remove the checksum altogether.

"Get-Datacenter | Get-Cluster" doesn't work for datacenters > 1.

Right now one has to jump through the API hoops to perform Alarm Management (CRUD) and I think it would be much simpler just to have a New-Alarm, Get-Alarm, Set-Alarm, etc that would also allow one to manage triggers and actions.

Tagging cmdlets are super slow, would be great to get these speeded up and add support for the new features of the APIs in 6.5 of tagging. IE provide an array of tags and VMs as one API call.

We need the ability to use the vum comandlets under linux with powershell core and powercli. It's not very usefull to have only a portion of all comandlets available under powershell core.

Would be helpful to source ova/ovf from content library. Current pain point w/ VMC instances. (Azure/AWS and otherwise)
