Get-Tag, Get-Category, and Get-TagAssignment should

Get-Tag, Get-Category, and Get-TagAssignment should have an option for EntityType

The Get- command for Tags should have an option for EntityType to only select the Tags, Categories, or Assignments for those EntityTypes. On large systems pulling all the TagAssignments and then filtering with Where-Object can be slow.
