Add PowerCLI Version to the Online Cmdlet Reference page(s)

Currently we have an abstract number to tell us which VMware PowerCLI Cmdlet Reference we are looking at.For example https://code.vmware.com/docs/9638 corresponds with 11.4.0.Please add a version to the pages (and if possible to the URI).
